The eel is grilled by using traditional techniques handed down from genration to genratoin.
Kishu-binchoutan charcoal is the charcoal which brings out the maximum of Umami flavour from ingredients.
We, Unaki, grill the eel by the binchoutan charcoal in our traditional way and maximise the deliciousness.
In addition to the traditional technique, we have devoted ourselves to the best conceivable skill for delicious eel dishes.
We will continue to preserve and pass on the taste of "Unaki" with the pleasure of having many custmers enjoy the original deliciousness of eel.
