What is the Miyagi Food Service Hygiene Association?
Our association consists of restaurant and food service business owners across Miyagi Prefecture.
We work to promote the sound management of dining establishments while ensuring a safe and reliable dining experience for consumers.
Originally founded in the early 1907 as the Miyagi Prefectural Culinary Association, it was reorganized in 1971 under the Act on the Optimization and Promotion of Management of Life-Related Businesses, adopting its current name.
As an official organization under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, our association is part of a nationwide network. Currently, we have 17 registered members.
